Elite Service Recovery & Towing is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout the Calcasieu Parish area. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds. Peak Auto Auctions, LLC, or the seller reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction at any point in time.
A $100 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID. IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE. IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.
There will be a 13.5% Buyer's Premium ADDED to the purchase price of each vehicle. Buyers must pay for their purchases prior to the close of the pickup period. NO CHECKS.
CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000. IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.
ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD “AS IS”. NO REFUNDS
ALL VEHICLES LEFT ON PROPERTY AFTER THE CONCLUSION OF THE PICKUP PERIOD WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED AND SUBJECT TO STORAGE FEES, IMPOUNDMENT, OR RELISTING FOR FUTURE AUCTIONS.

****There is a document fee that the buyer must pay. The document fee depends on the number of vehicles purchased. 1 vehicle - $25.00, 2 vehicles - $20.00 each, 3-5 vehicles - $15.00 each, 5+ vehicles - $10.00 each. ****
Individuals without a valid ID will not be able to remove items from the lot. Written authorization must be provided to allow a person other than the buyer to pick up auctioned items.
All items found within the vehicle are the property of the buyer. You must take all the contents of the vehicle you’ve purchased with you. Nothing is to be left behind, including trash, parts, or any vehicle contents.
No person under the age of 18 may be present in the auction yard before, during or after the auction. Please do not leave children under the age of 10 outside without adult supervision.
