Bayou Wrecker & Towing is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout the Calcasieu Parish area. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds. Peak Auto Auctions, LLC, or the seller reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction at any point in time
A $50 deposit will be required to bid. If you are the winning bidder, the deposit will be applied to your invoice. If you do not win, the deposit will be refunded.
A 13.5% Buyer's Premium will be added to each winning invoice.
Credit cards will not be accepted for invoices, or any portions of invoices exceeding a total of $5000. This applies to the total of an individual invoice, and not an individual unit on the invoice. Invoices be split to circumvent this rule
